Today Kathy and I went and did the Natchaug State Forest Box,and when we came out of the woods Irish Tinker & Freedom Fox and there two little ones where just coming out of the woods from doing our Little House On The Prairie Box.It was good to see them again,and we got to talk for a bit.Then me and Kathy went and did the Mohegan State Forest box,it says over growen road (Bring a weed wacker!!!)lol.Then we did the Hop River Rail Trail,East and West.Then we went home because Kathy's foot swelled up pretty good.For those of you that did not hear,last week 7-4-03 Kathy was moving a glass kitchen table top and she hit the door way and it broke in half landing on right across her bare foot.She cut it wide open and has a slight hair line fracture,Doc said she will be alright,but she had to take it easy.YA-RIGHT She wanted to go hiking even though it's only been a week and now her foot is a pretty shade of purple and swollen.And now she's got ice packs on it trying to get the swelling down so she can go back out tomorrow,she says that she is sick of staying home.7-4-03 was also our first day of vacation for two weeks.Well if you see someone limping down a trail tomorrow it's just us.painful trails.Lenny/Kathy

Poor Kathy! It's good you got out, BUT take it easy. The letterboxes
will still be there in a week or so, perhaps collecting a hitchhiker
or two. Take care.
